A serious audit, in seven sections.
Thor examines the account the way a consultant would: structure, budget, performance, waste, trends. A reasoned 1-to-10 score and an action plan of at most eight moves, ordered by impact. Ready in a few minutes.
The problem
You keep postponing the audit because it costs an afternoon.
Understanding where an account is losing money takes tedious cross-referencing: zero-conversion keywords, off-target campaigns, budgets stuck on what doesn't perform. Work nobody does every month.
The assessment does it for you and closes with a maximum of eight concrete actions, ordered by impact. Not a 40-page report: a list of things to do, with the numbers it is based on alongside.
How it works
Seven sections, one score, eight actions.
Executive summary with score
The picture in ten lines and a reasoned 1-to-10 score, with 30-day spend, revenue, ROAS and conversions: the same numbers the AI looked at, saved next to the text.
Structure and objectives
Inconsistent objectives, overlapping campaigns, campaign types out of place for what you sell: the structure read campaign by campaign.
Budget and bidding strategies
Where budget sits on what doesn't perform and where the bidding strategy doesn't match the target, with the concrete values to change.
Performance against target
The comparison against the ROAS or CPA you declared, not against an industry average: which campaigns to scale, fix or pause.
Keyword waste
Spend on zero-conversion keywords over the period, sorted by cost, with the total wasted highlighted.
30 vs 90-day trends
What is really getting worse and what is just statistical noise.
Action plan and PDF
A maximum of eight actions in order of priority, exportable to PDF to bring to a meeting or to a client.
What it is for, concretely
The monthly check nobody does
An assessment at the start of the month; you add the plan's actions to the task board as tasks, and the automatic recommendations record the before and after of every fix.
The first meeting with a new client
Agencies use it as a sales opener: an audit in a few minutes, with the client's own numbers.
The check after a big change
Re-run the assessment after restructuring: a new score and plan, on the new numbers, exportable to PDF like the previous one.
What it doesn't do
We also tell you where it stops.
It doesn't apply the actions on its own
It hands you the plan in order of impact, with the campaign or keyword involved, the change to make and the expected effect. Budget, pause and target you change from Thor when you decide; the rest in Google Ads.
It doesn't judge creative
It analyzes structure, spend and performance, not the aesthetic quality of the ads.
It needs enough history
On freshly connected accounts, or ones with little spend, the score carries less weight: the AI reasons only on the numbers in front of it and doesn't invent any.
